Retreat Information and Policies
- Retreats cost £500 and are fully inclusive of accommodation and 3 vegetarian meals daily.
- A 10% deposit will secure your place will the remainder to be paid 2 weeks before the start of the retreat.
- Alternatively, pay £50 deposit followed by 6 payments of £75.
- The price is based on 2 people sharing a room. Please contact me if you would like single occupancy on any retreat.
- Cancellation policy- deposits will be returned if you cancel with more than one month’s notice.
- Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs and accessibility issues. The venue has one bedroom adapted for wheelchair use if required.
- The retreats will start with quiet time in the mornings for meditation and yoga, followed by live music or storytelling, and then a full day of experiential workshops held outside (weather permitting). There will be free time during the retreat to explore the local village, to hike in the mountains or to relax by the pool..
- Transfers to and from the venue are not included in the price but can be arranged if needed.
- Málaga is the nearest international airport to the Frigiliana retreat. The village is easily reached by car along the A-7 coast road, and there are good public transport links to the airport. For more details, see www.alqueriadelduende.com
